Cottonwood Hardware - 7/16" Air Spacer 72 - Inch, 12 - Pack | Designed specifically for use with “hand shot” hot melt butyl applicators and features a single seal design with large shoulder cavities for greater butyl to glass contact. This a professional product for building insulated glass units using a desiccant fill and a hot-melt butyl sealant. Please see the chart in the images to help determine the correct air spacer size for the glass thickness and desired unit thickness. Standard inset depth allows for ample desiccant fill volume no matter the size desiccant used. We recommend a 15/16” deduction from glass size when using our standard corner. Our air spacer is anodized and laser welded for industry standard performance and appearance. Not all air space has the exact same profile so we recommend purchasing our corners for the best performance and ease of use.
