Cottonwood Hardware - 1/4" Air Spacer Corner Keys, 25 - Pack | Designed specifically for use with CWH Air Spacer, but may fit other brands. This a professional product for building insulated glass units using a desiccant fill and a hot-melt butyl sealant. Please see the chart in the images to help determine the correct air spacer size for the glass thickness and desired unit thickness. Standard inset depth allows for ample desiccant fill volume no matter the size desiccant used. We recommend a 15/16” deduction from glass size when using our standard corner. Our air spacer is anodized and laser welded for industry standard performance and appearance. Not all air space has the exact same profile so we recommend purchasing our corners for the best performance and ease of use.
