Features

**Frame Only** - Supply your own ramp deck, 1/8" Masonite for normal use or 1/8" Lexan for hard bashing. Home Depot has Masonite pre-cut to 2'x4' (24"x48") sizes for only $7 ea. Search Home Depot for 1/8 in. x 2 ft. x 4 ft. Tempered Hardboard... Or step up to 1/8" Lexan (polycarbonate) for about $50 here on Amazon, which is stronger but requires holes to be countersunk for the included flat head screws. Best for 1:10 scale, but works up to 1:8 Scale RC cars/trucks - **Assembly Required** Check out our store for smaller RTR (ready to run) ramps and our new Heavy Duty ramps for 1:8 and 1:5 scale trucks. - It takes 30-40min. to assemble frame, drill deck through pilot holes in frame, screw down deck and assemble legs. Lexan will take closer to 60 min. to countersink the holes during assembly. For 1:10 scale a single sheet of 1/8" masonite is good, use two layers for 1:8 scale cars. Masonite (hardboard) is nice because it's cheap and easy to assemble, has a textured side for low speed backflips and good weather resistance. If you plan on bashing hard then step up to one sheet of 1/8" lexan. Other plastics will work, but Lexan is the toughest, longest lasting deck. Do *NOT* get pexiglass (acrylic). This 2'x4' (24"x48") ramp is the perfect size to transport to your favorite spot and be wide enough to easily hit from any driving angle. Setup only takes a minute and it folds down to 5" tall. Weighs 10-15 lbs. depending on kit. Made in USA! -- Aluminum frame (also made in USA) is easy to assemble, start feet hold ramp solid at any angle, leg feet keep it planted. For high speed hits the ramp will need support to hold it in place, packing dirt behind it or adding sand bags will hold it solid. Adjustable legs - 40° is a good long kicker (20-40'), 50° angle high jump launches well over 10' high, 60° angle is great for low to med. speed back flips. 1/8 scale will work on larger 1/5 scale RC trucks, but not for full speed hits.
